SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Castle Gate Farm LLC. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed within 1–7 business days after payment is received.
Please note that many of our products are made-to-order, print-on-demand, or fulfilled through third-party suppliers. Production times may vary depending on the product ordered.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated shipping times are as follows:
- United States: 3–10 business days after production
- Canada: 7–21 business days
- International Orders: 10–30 business days
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Because some products are fulfilled by different production partners or suppliers, items within the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise stated at checkout.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Any free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying orders and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
ORDER TRACKING
When available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier’s system.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Castle Gate Farm LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Castle Gate Farm LLC is not responsible for:
- Lost packages after delivery confirmation
- Stolen packages
- Delivery delays caused by the carrier
Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact the shipping carrier directly.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier claims when possible.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
Castle Gate Farm LLC has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their cost.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Customs inspections
- Carrier disruptions
- Supply chain interruptions
- Labor shortages
- Other events beyond our reasonable control
